Job Opportunity: SAP HCM Consultant – Support - 12 Months Contract
ERP Supply are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join the support team for our Local Leading Consultancy. This is a long-term contract with a 0.25 FTE allocation, with the potential to increase based on performance.
Role Details:
- Position: SAP HCM Consultant
- Contract Duration: 12+ months (Earliest end June 2026
- Start Date: Feb/March 2025
- Work Mode: Fully Remote
- Daily Rate: Negotiable depending on HCM experience
- Languages: Czech & English
Key Requirements:
- Strong SAP HCM experience, particularly in PY (Payroll) & PA (Personnel Administration)
- Knowledge of Czech labor law
- Experience with PT (Time Management) & OM (Organisational Management) (SuccessFactors is a plus)
- Ability to customize payroll modules
- Basic ABAP understanding for effective collaboration with developers
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently
