SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - Contract - Czech/Slovak

ERP Supply are currently looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to support a customer-facing project focused on integrations and analytics.

📍 Location: Czech Republic or Slovakia (consultants must be based locally)

🌍 Language: Czech / Slovak + English

📅 Start: ASAP

📄 Contract: Freelance

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and third-party systems
  • Support analytics design and reporting within SuccessFactors
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements
  • Lead workshops and user meetings
  • Create functional designs and process flows
  • Support testing, defect resolution, and enhancements
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure quality delivery

Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience in integration/analytics projects
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or HCM processes (preferred)
  • Understanding of APIs / Web Services (nice to have)
  • Strong knowledge of SDLC and documentation
  • Customer-facing role – strong communication skills are essential
