Job Description:
ERP Supply are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Developer for a 12-month contract opportunity with a leading consultancy serving a prominent end customer in the manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining ABAP solutions, ensuring alignment with project requirements and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and deploy SAP ABAP solutions, including reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms and conversions.
  • Collaborate with functional consultants to gather and understand business requirements.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues as needed.
  • Optimise existing SAP applications for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with development standards and guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an SAP ABAP Developer in manufacturing or similar industries.
  • Proficiency in ABAP programming, including ALV reporting, BAPIs, BADIs, IDOCs, and SmartForms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Fluent in English and Latvian (spoken and written).
  • Availability for occasional travel to the office in Riga.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with consultancies or multinational clients.
  • Familiarity with SAP Fiori/UI5 or other modern SAP technologies is a plus.
