SAP CRM Consultant – 12 months contract

We are seeking an experienced Freelance SAP CRM Consultant to support a leading telecommunications client in Lithuania. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in SAP CRM to enhance customer engagement, optimise processes, and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse current CRM processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SAP CRM solutions
  • Provide technical support and training to end-users
  • Develop and customize CRM reports and dashboards
  • Ensure data integrity and optimize system performance

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an SAP CRM Consultant, preferably in the telecommunications sector – sector experience is not deal breaker
  • Strong knowledge of SAP CRM modules and functionalities
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Lithuanian is a plus

  • Location: Remote with occasional travel
  • Languages – English
  • Duration – 12 months contract
  • Contract/Freelance only
