Education:

  • A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
  • Degree Educated 2:1 or above
  • Experience – 1 year (Preferred)

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role in the Human Resources field
  • Strong candidates from a sales background would also be considered
  • Strong communication skills with candidate, clients and team

Key responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients across the UK and Europe to understand their hiring needs and identify top tier consultants in the SAP market
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
  • Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates for a variety of SAP professionals
  • Negotiate daily rates and manage the offer process to ensure a smooth onboarding from start to finish + provide solid aftercare services
  • Develop and implement successful recruitment strategies to exceed client expectations, with a focus on the growing ERP Supply’s presence across the UK & European market.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and market insights in the ever-evolving SAP eco- system
  • Approach and source potential candidates across all platforms
  • Ability to account management key buying clients
  • Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads
  • Utilise internal CRM and systems to manage pipelines of both candidate sourcing and client prospects.
